The global guideway is a cheaper than our roadways, and airways infrastructure.  The self lowering everywhere access, ultra light linear loaded high speed monorail provides centuries long major maintenance free global cross ocean direct transportation and data nearly survive cost free internet, communications and entertainment as a universal carrier system.  Not being on the surface bourses or buried underground or dependent on satalites hugely reduces costs.

All global utilities, all electric energy and logistics are handled by one infrastructure system that is user ordered to be roboticly manufactured and installed beside every property and building on the planet.  Once a guideway connection arrives at every block and village all costs of living and doing world wide business are reduced.

New forms of direct cell phone democracy, unhackable new internet and local ultra deep large bore CO2 gas extracted geothermal electricity arrive with global jet speed on demand travel for small to massive shipments in the same universal utility tiny frontal area vehicles then our various primitively evolved lives improve.

There has never before been any design proposal like this.  The basic idea goals and guiding parameters were established about 39 years ago, being refined ever since.

The ultra deep geothermal electricity and micro local power systems are designed using a new from of integrated package high velocity flame cutting core boring shaft climber system, using turret pack down hole side drilling instead of fracking.  These operate about nine to twelve miles down progressively exposing hot rock.  This gives about 12,000 or more  times the energy of all known fissile fuels but distributed to be local neighborhood available under almost every land and ocean area on the planet.

The deep geothermal wells, new design integrated package plant electric generator and waste condenser heat provided for processing, distilling guideway imported ocean water, brine effluent is retired to the oceans, water used everywhere needed for domestic industrial agricultural sub soil direct plant root  irrigation.  Desserts and arctic lands become year round useable.

The guideways eliminates advantages of living in urban concentrations and eliminates all future needs for government tax supported services.  From education at all level to police, fire, welfare, recycling replacing landfills entirely to water, sewer and all energy supplied by guideway electricity the guideway tool carrier and new internet and cell phone systems are the end of any practical need for oligarchy or republican governments that we miss label as democracies.  A new set of old principles of human interactive standards of conduct plus total self organizing cell phone democracy is the guideway execuative decision making system.  This needs to provide all people with a life time education in organizational standards and skills to accomplish anything imaginable.  Most of this presently exists in randomly accessable presentations.  We need to organize it into a global school of life.

Nearly every person who is happy has good will and tolerance for each other and a willingness to be helpful and constructive.

The global guideway systems is a organizational expediter and all purpose public utility, bypassing and combining the outputs of disorganized institutions, professions and industries.

As a guideway line arrives on every urban and rural block there would need to be a inclusive invitation to each property owner and resident to participate more fully in global work and learning adventures that were never before accessable or affordable for most peopl.

ET3 guideways would likely follow.  Daryl’s toss and catch ET3 maglev space launch system, eventually using a contiguous equatorial tube upper malev connection to a launch ring means space access becomes as cheap as land based guideway transportation.  Few interplanetary flights would ever again require significant rocket or reaction propulsion energy.  This guideway function opens up space commerce like it does land commerce to become contiguous with land based activities.
